EXERCISE MUSCLE CAMP                                            3-4 maart

ROUND 1!

Learn how you really need to train, when you want to add extra muscle and lose body fat!

GROW, EAT, REPEAT!

This MUSCLE CAMP is located way outside your comfort zones. Our promise is to provide you with a plateau busting methodology that will ensure huge progressions and continued developments. Time to build rock-solid, life-changing muscle WITHOUT DRUGS and in LESS TIME.

Throughout a series of four excruciating yet educational training sessions you will become savvy to the techniques used by bodybuilders and physique models. 

An incredible experience for any advanced trainee or fitness professional that you will take with you, and feel for a long time!
This camp is to help guys and gals of all shapes and sizes who are interested in TWO things: MUSCLES AND LESS BODY FAT! Whether you’re looking to gain your first 10 kg’s, next 5 kg’s or last 2 kg’s of muscle, you should attend for 2 unforgettable days to take your mind, body and life to the next level. On top of that, you’ll probably be leaner than before after these brutal workouts!

THE EXERCISE GAMES                                                   28-29 juli

De 2e editie van THE EXERCISE GAMES is over 2 dagen verdeeld.

Hierin worden alle fysieke aspecten van fitness aan bod gebracht, denk aan Atletiek, Gymnastiek, Olympisch Gewichtheffen, Powerliften en Strongman. Hierin worden conditionele en krachtelementen gecombineerd uitgevoerd op een hoge hartslag. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan; zoveel mogelijk rondes van een X-aantal oefeningen, een aantal oefeningen in een zo snel mogelijk tijd/afstand voltooien of zo zwaar mogelijk liften.

De workouts worden op de dag zelf aangekondigd oftewel "Prepare For The Unknown And Unknowable"! Aan het eind worden alle punten geteld en worden de winnaars van de Elite Male en Elite Female gekroond. Om deel te nemen aan dit evenement is goedkeuring vereist van de Head Coach. Kosten voor deelname zijn €49 inclusief T-Shirt.

EXERCISE POWERLIFTING COMPETITION              15 december

 Our yearly event, where all competitors are able to show their true strength! “The Exercise Powerlifting Competition’’ is the way to end your year with a BANG!

·         Only members are able to participate

·         Experience in execution of the Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift is mandatory for participation

·         You have to make a reservation to compete. This can be done with the EXERCISE APP
